I enjoy going for a run at a very leisurely pace but I don't run on a consistent basis.  I'd like to blame it on a busy schedule but the real culprit is lack of discipline. I'm looking for a small group of women who will provide each other with motivation, encouragement and accountability. This group is for both the experienced pole walker and those curious about what we're doing out there with our poles. It's always more fun to walk with a group and we love to introduce newbies to our favorite way of walking. Come along to enjoy the fitness, fun and rhythm of the poles! We'll explore lots of trails throughout the metro area and beyond. There's usually extra poles in the trunk of my car so you don't have to have your own to join us.
